KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
- Successfully completed client projects worth up to $550,000 including rebranding of the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Center MSAC, creation of the Flow Rider brand;
- Provided proposal layout and design for million-dollar corporate contracts under extremely tight deadlines;
- Established trusting relationships with designers, vendors, team members and operational staff;
- Successfully completed hundreds of client projects with a very high approval rate;
- Established in-house development team and workflow;
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaising with services and external consultants and contractors, and meeting with clients;
- Oversee profitability, deliverables, timelines, and budgets;
- Create detailed briefs and pre-production files for stylists and photographers;
- Present to the client from initial ideas through to production and execution;
- Direct and implement photo and video shoots;
- Mentor, collaborate and oversee designers working on conceptual jobs and integrated campaigns;
- Manage the design execution of marketing initiatives with the team;
- Ensure the timely and reliable delivery of all projects within schedule and budget considerations;
- Identifying opportunities to improve current workflow systems;
- Communicate and collaborate closely with Developers and provide feedback during development sprints;
