- Enhanced customer satisfaction by created easy-to-use, highly intuitive product templates based on customer feedback;
- A key member of the team, responsible for the company’s 2018 product catalog from concept to completion, including photography, design, and print;
- Successfully led the inhouse design team, fulfilling all marketing, printing, and design requests;
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide design solutions that engage prospective customers and lead to conversions;
- Create and execute brand development strategies and activities;
- Produce market-focused creative with a strategic approach to a creative brief with storyboarding ideas across both print and digital channels;
- Manage and oversee video pre-production, planning, and on-site production activities;
- Operate and maintain digital film-making equipment, cameras, and post-production equipment;
- Deliver high-quality product videos on time and within budget;
- Hire, mentor, and manage the in house design team;
- Collaborate closely with the sales & marketing teams and assist in brainstorming and developing content ideas across all channels;
- Develop and implement a website for product sales;
- Own and drive the a/b and multivariate testing;
- Monitor, assess, and report on website performance working alongside the analytics team;
