KEY ACHIEVEMENTS

• Liaised directly with the owners to rebrand Rhodes College, including new logos, digital images, social media concepts, marketing materials, websites, and interior design;
• Developed a new training material layout that increased overall quality of education and improved student satisfaction above 90%
• Created design standards for marketing collateral, presentations, advertisements, newsletters, brochures, and websites, currently being used by headquarters and all training facilities;

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with stakeholders across the business to take briefs and communicate on progress;
• Print and signage order, delivery, and organisation;
• Design, build, and deliver HTML email campaigns (eDMs);
• Work with off-Style guides to maintain brand consistency across all media;
• Design creative assets for advertising, web, and events;
• Develop branding, on-brand ideas, and concepts;
• Contribute to concept development/idea generation/brainstorm new campaigns;
• Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met;
• Create best-practice marketing collateral in line with VIT’s marketing objectives;
